bloody mary used to be like an actualy lady. (that was her nickname) but she's obviously dead now. so what you do is you stand in front of a mirror (usually the bathroom mirror) in the bathroom with the lights off, by yourself and whisper bloody mary 3x and you can see her face in the mirror. it is so creepy.

yeah what the other person said, but supposedly at exactly 12:00 at night and youre supposed to see an image of her, and then shel come out of the mirror and scratch youre face up. ive done it before, its not true, its all pure, fun, BS!

Oh gosh, this gave me nightmares for ages. There are many different rituals and many different things to say.
The most common one is, you stand in front of the mirror, in the dark & chant, "Bloody Mary" three times, and supposebly she'll come out of the mirror and kill you. Haven't tried it, never will. :(
