I think tampons come in sizes. Im on the shot so it's been a while since I've had to use a tampon or a pad.

Sometimes it's good to get the one where you put it in yourself without the applicator. If it hurts when you're sitting down it might not be up in there far enough.

I had that probelm at first too. You're not pushing it in far enough, make sure you're fingers are touching you before you take the applicator out..push the tampon as far as it can go. Then walk back and forth a couple times to make sure it feels comfortable, eventually you'll get the hang of it!! Good luck! ♥

You probably just arent putting the tampon in the right way. Make sure you read the instructions on how to insurt a tampon. Sometimes it helps if you sit down and put it in. Dont worry, its going to hurt the first time, but if you keep using them it will get better.

if it hurts when you sit down, you're not putting it in all the way.

Try using Tampax Pearl tampons. They go up really easy because they have a plastic coated applicator. Make sure it goes far enough into your body so you don't feel it. Usually, if you feel it, that means you either put it in wrong or didn't put it in enough. Oh and it will get easier as you keep using them more and more often.
