hey...alrite well anyone might be able to answer this one. um well i'm on the bball team at my school and we COULD be really good, but we have a bunch of people who wont play as a team. no one passes the ball, or cares about succeeding. we have lost almost every game so far because of this. what can happen so everybody participates, cares, and starts a "TEAM" i'll rate for good and helpful answers thanks

No one helped one another etc. We tried to act a bit spirited and did some cheers which made us feel better, but since your a guy that may not be the answer you are looking for. i suggest hanging out more with your team and practicing working w/ eachother with some partner/team drills. My coach made this because she could she where all this was going. Tell your coach and if he/she knows already then...they may be a good person but a bad coach because all about being on a team is team work. Goodluck! Your coach needs to hold a meeting and talk to the whole team about working together and caring and everything. Another thing, which is something that YOU can do is help promote team unity. When I used to play sports we'd have team outings. We'd all go out for pizza or go bowling or something just to be together and bond as a team. I hope that your team pulls itself together or it could be a very long season for you. Good luck and whatever happens just keep doing you best even if others aren't. icey0990 answered Thursday December 8 2005, 4:32 pm: you should talk to the coach about your concerns. coaches are known to think up excersises and ways to get the team to work together.
maybe if the coahc shows a basketball movie about working together...juwanna mann and hoisiers are examples of movies you could watch
drills that will get the team to work together are also a good idea..and of course running as a punishment
have the coach get the team to sit in a cirlce and everyone has to go around the circles saying what someone does positively .
well i dont know if my suggestions are so great..im sorry..but definately talk to the coach and brainstorm with the coach. keep me updated pleaseee
