well first of all i hope that if he does make you feel sad and treats you mean that you wouldnt think about getting back with him. i hope you think more of yourself than to put up with that kind of behavior. i wouldnt care if he said he wanted to marry you that is not how you win a girls heart by being mean, you deserve better.

Even if he does still like you, he's a jerk and he's not worth your time..Dude, you could do so much better than some kid who makes fun of you. Find someone who will actually care about you and forget about your X. He'll probably come crawling back to you when hes noticed you stopped caring, but just ignore it because once he regains your attention he'll just go back to being himself.

But, if it's really bothering you.
Confront him about it && tell him you don't like him talking crap about you.
Some boys, think if they are mean to the girl, that, that's flirting, when really, it's not! haha.
But, if you still like him then I would really confront him about it.
Just tell him how you feel and be like "Alright, I know you're my ex, and I see you like to talk crap about me, I don't know if you're trying to be funny or what, but it's not funny to me when you do that.."
Just say something like that. I mean, if it hurts you that he's doing that to you, really say something to him about it so he can stop!

Maybe you should ask him be like look I know you like being a jerk to me but I still don't understand why so please if you could just spare me some mature level at your age just tell me without any sarcastic comment flying back into my face. Ask if he still feels things for you, because it does sound like he's picking on you and usually the old skewl* ways for guys to tell a chick that they like em is to pick on them. He might like you, and he might not. But honestly, you won't know until you atleast ask & try and find out. Supposebly if a guy picks on you, he's just trying to flirt with you, y'know? So that might be what. But, I don't know. If a guy picked on me, I'd be super pissed & that's not a great way to catch my attention. (:
