There is a nano that holds 500 songs (and you can delete songs from them) and it also holds videos. It is really small and my friend has one. It only cost her 189 dollars, but that was a "day after Thanksgiving sale" so I am not sure how much it will cost as of now. Also, Christmas is coming up so I don't know how that will affect it.

Ok to start off...i wouldn't get the Ipod Video b/c it attracts ALOT of viruses, so it's pointless! Yes, the 2gb holds 500 and the 4gb holds 1000! I would go for the 4gb b/c 500 might sound liek a lot, but trust me you'll will definitly get more than 500 songs! I don;t know how mucha video is, but like I said, it's a waste of money! Hope this helps! ♥ caitie

The 2GB iPod Nano is - $199.00
The 4GB iPod Nano is - $249.00

The 30GB video/photo iPod can hold ovevr 75 hours of video with a battery life of about 14 hours. Its cost is - $299.00

The 60GB can also hold videos and photos, but holds over 150 hours, and the same as the 30GB, around 25,000 photos. While it can hold 15,000 songs [30GB holds about 7,500] it also has a battery life of 20 hours, good for the long road trips.

Persoanlly, I would go with the 60GB if you can afford it. I have over 6,000 songs on iTunes, and I'll be adding tons of photos and videos and files. The iPod nano cannot hold videos, but can however hold just as pany photos. So if you have over 1,500 music files, then I would suggest the white 30GB iPod. If you find that you don't have as much music, or cannot afford it, the 4GB is a better buy because chances are you will always adding more and more music and photos. Hope that helped and good luck.

P.S. - The video iPod 60GB costs $399.00. Since you don't seem to have as much music, then maybe the 2GB would be the better buy, if you don't think you'll be adding tons of more music on it. Don't forget to buy the 2 year protection plan [think its about 50 bucks] - it's worth it. Hope that helped =)
