13 and not happy so i stopped eating

alright heres the thing ill be 14 soon i weigh from 113 some days and 120 others i wanna loose weight and this summer i was down to 108 but my parents and everyone find out i was doing it the wrong way i love not eatting it makes me feel so much better is it wrong to do something i enjoy?

In some cases, it is wrong to do something you enjoy. For example, drugs or alcohol. Some people enjoy stealing, that doesn't mean you should do it. Some people are crazy and enjoy hurting people, and it's wrong.

It doesn't sound like you are overweight. It really depends on your height and muscle though. It just sounds like you are an insecure young girl who is not ok with how you look.
Your body doesn't deserve what you are doing to it. You are harming yourself by not eating.
You can lose weight by eating the right foods, enough meals a day and exercising.

I studied about eating disorders and have seen some horrific things. You can die from this disorder.
I don't think you realize what things can come from not eating.
-Dehydration
-Hypokalemia (Low blood potassium)
-Hyponatremia (Low blood sodium)
-Heart Attacks
-Heart Arrhythmias
-Irregular Heartbeat
-Kidney Stones
-Kidney Failure

Low blood pressure can result in anemia. You can easily bruise, and then of course there is fainting and dizziness.
And besides the hunger, you can experience constipation and bloating.
If this goes on for too long, you will lose your menstruation and if you don't get help it can effect your future with having children. You'll either have miscarriages or your child will be born with a low birth weight.

Then there is the psychological effects..
-Difficulty Focusing
-Decreased Attention
-Insomnia
-Depression
-Mood swings
-Anxiety
-Low Self Esteem

And then there is your looks. Besides becoming ridiculously thin, you could possibly lose your hair. Normally your hair and nails will turn brittle.

Anyways, those things happen to girls who stop eating. So you really need to get some help and find a way to work on getting to your weight goal more healthy so you'll be pretty and healthy.

short answer YES!!!

Just going by your age I do not see where you are overweight. Of course this would depend on your height and frame size as well. Though if you are in the average range for your height and frame size you are well within the weight guidelines for your age.

Weight will fluctuate from day to day and from morning to night. The best way to keep track of your weight is to weigh yourself on the same scale at the same time of day on the same day of the week; once a week.

As for not eating. This is very bad for you health wise. From what you said that you enjoy not eating has me concerned that you may be becoming anorexic. Anorexia Nervosa is a horrible disease if left uncorrected will kill you.

I do not wish to scare you but I will if this is what it takes to make you understand. I watched a good friends daughter die from this disease. She was a Ballerina a very pretty girl who was the lead Ballerina for a New York Ballet Company. She died a horrible death.

When you are underweight even by 10 pounds the body feeds off itself, this is one reason why the body stores fat as a reserve. When the body runs out of fat it starts to shut down different systems in order to preserve brain function.

The kidneys are the first to shut down, followed by the renal system, then the lungs, the heart and finally brain death. For what; to look like the models in the magazines? Those photos are all airbrushed and most of those models are underweight and their clothes hang off of them if not properly fitted to them, if they can be fitted to them?

Most of those models are ashamed to show their bodies in the nude for they are just skin and bones and look more like boys than woman.

At the weight range you are seeing you are a very good weight for your age. You are also only 13 in the throes of puberty. Your body is changing. You're losing your baby fat and changing into a young women. Give yourself time to change. IF you want; give your body help by properly exercising. Just remember that muscle weighs more than fat so find out how to exercise so as not to build up muscle mass.

If you eat properly. Which means staying away from junk food, snacking healthy, you will remain at a proper weight. A lot of thought at the moment is being given to having six small meals a day rather than 3 large meals. Consult your doctor to see what he or she may think of this for you.

in this case yes it is the wrong way...not eating is very unhealthy and you can runinto serious problems down the road...one of my friends became anorexic and had to go to rehab over summer not eating is something should bother you not give you pleasure there are alternatives if you want to lose weight your not even 14 yet your body needs nutrients that food provides and if it doesnt get that you can say hello to eating disorders and more!you 14 your weight is on track...if you want to lose weight consult you physcian and do it properly
