Bath Salt?

Can anyone give me some info on bath salt? What is it? Who should use it? What is it used for? Is it bad or good? Anything else? I really need help!!PLEASE AND THANKS!

its just little crystal type looking things. they come in lots of colors and smells. anyone can use it, but it's mainly used for exfoliating your skin. its good!! you just pour it in the bath water (not the shower) and let it work its magic.

Bath salt is mainly for scrubbing. It is supposed to remove dead skin and anything else that might build up on the body, and it makes your skin look better.
