I used one of those Ink Refill things for printer ink and now i have ink on my hands. what can i use to get it off? I tried soap, doesn't work. I tried rubbing alcohol, it doesn't work well at all.

I use a bit of bleach when my hand became dirty as that. It depends on the kind of toner also. This toner is good:

put on latex gloves they remove hair dye ink and marker. or rub the glove on your hands something in latex removes it

You could try what's called "Goop", which is a hand cleaner or maybe paint thinner. I hope it works...good luck!
