The Phantom... I just saw "Andrew Lloyd Webber's Phantom..." It was really good. There were just a few lines at the end that I didn't catch:
CHRISTINE: Have you at last gorged yourself in your lust for blood? Am I now to be prey to your lust for flesh?
PHANTOM: That fate which allows me to wallow in blood has also denied me the joys of the flesh

The Phantom killed a lot of people and he's talking with Christine about why he wants her other than because she had great potential as a singer. Christine believes that now that he's had enough of kiling he's going to move on to her and force her to either be his friend or lover depending on how you want to look at it. He's had no human contact for a long time so it could go either way. The Phantom explains himself by trying to make Christine feel sorry for him. He makes it sound like it wasn't his choice to kill, that it was his destiny, and it's now not his choice to want to be with her...whether it be physically or sexually OR now that the killing is done he wants to be act as person intstead of a phantom and experience the everyday joys of life. You can take it whichever way you want. Personally I think it's a little of everything. There isn't a specific meaning to it. The beauty of poetry is that there are multiple meanings and every interpretation is different. I hope I helped and that my answer wasn't too confusing! <3 ]
It's "Have you gorged yourself at last in your lust for blood? Am I know to be prey to you lust for flesh?"
and
"That fate which condemns me to wallow in blood has also denied me the joys of the flesh."
Christine's asking him if he's finally done with all the killing, and - the second question can be taken a couple ways. I always took it as a bit of an inuendo (They're all over the musical)- she wants to know if he's going to force her to...*ahem*.
The Phantom answers her, teling her that because he turned into such a killer, etc, he has been denied fulfillment of love/lust/etc. Or he could be talking about his face as a "fate". It can be taken a few ways, but there are definitely undertones in there.
Hope this helped!
