Hers my advice get black or grey eyeshadow and eyeliner oh and a bit of white and apply it to your eyelid
1) apply eyeliner to top and bottom
2) apply black,grey or both eyeshadown to lower lid that out of the side look is good
3) apply white or silver to top of eye.

The infamous "smokey eye" of course! Try www.seventeen.com, and click on the beauty section. Trust me, more makeup tips then you could imagine! Hope this helps you out!

i dont know a website but...to do it you put the eyeliner on and smear it a little, by rubbing it around in light circles
if you want it with your eyeshadow put it on your eyelid and lightly circle it around..hope i helped
