How/Can a moderate delete a question?

Well if you answered a question go on your advice culm and click on view and then click on answer question and erase the answer and the question will be deleted

A moderator can delete a question by clicking on a button, next to the question, and the question will be deleted. Anyone can delete a question they've asked by going to this page and deleting the question they want gone: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location).

you cant really delte a question until you are a level 2 moderate . what you can do is give it a bad rating.
