Girls aren't as good at handjobs. The guys is the only one who knows how hard and fast to go. Start off slow and go faster. Maybe try doing other things with him too.

Yeah, we aren't really suppose to answer these kind of questions on here in much detail. So all I'm going to say is that you need to ask him what he likes, don't be afraid to do that. You should be able to talk to the person you're being sexually active with. He will tell you what he likes best, etc & it'll help you a whole lot more. :)
