I always wear the same makeup, same hair. My hair is shoulder length and really dark brown. I have dark brown eyes and VERY pale skin. So...what are some ideas to make my look better (hair and makeup)

As for the hair what about some blonde or red highlights or maybe even some black lowlights..and try putting it in ponytails, or curling it. or maybe if its straight get a spiral perm if its permed get it straight..it all depends on you. do you its what you do best [ FullMoonLover08's advice column | Ask FullMoonLover08 A Question ]

You could try a website ( seventeen.com ) for new hair styles. Try a hair cut, maybe some of those side sweeping bangs? Jergen's Natural Glow could gradually take care of the pale skin. You could try straightening your hair if its curly, or if its straight you could try scrunching it. You could try some different shades of eyeshadow ; or maybe even a lighter lipstick! Try not to go heavy on the dark make up. On pale skin, dark make up can make you look like a clown.
I hope it all works :) [ HC0_Fabulousity_xO's advice column | Ask HC0_Fabulousity_xO A Question ]

Do you see a lot of celebrity's having blonde highlights with dark brown hair, no. Keep your hair natural,it will be beautiful. Tans don't fix everything either, it just depends if you want your skin to be dark or light, light can be really beauty with dark hair, like Rose McGowan. If you decide to tan, make sure not to look orange, that is unflattering. If you keep the light skin, wear blush and dark brown mascara to bring out your eyes. Any eyeshadow will do, neutrals like grey and brown create sultry eyes, Darker colors for dramatic eyes. Light shades for perky happy eyes. Most make up depends on the your skins undertones, but if you go with neutrals it should be ok no matter what you're undertones are. Lips: just some lipgloss is always good, but I would try different sheds on and see what looks best. I use reds, pinks, and clear lipgloss. Also outting your hair up in new do's and stuff can change, Don't be afraid to stick with what is good though, you wanna stay with what ever flatter your face. Hope this helped. xoxLoVexox answered Sunday November 20 2005, 7:59 pm: alright alright... i say, get some highlights! the best way to bring out some color and a new thing to try...get a haircut with a bunch of layers and curl it sometimes and straighten it. if you do your eyes like neutral, go to a makeup counter at the mall and ask what could help bring out your eyes.. or get a funky color you wouldnt usually wear. & go tanning or use self tanner! hope i helped [ xoxLoVexox's advice column | Ask xoxLoVexox A Question ]
