pain?

Question Posted Saturday November 19 2005, 1:06 pm

I am a 16 year old girl. i have never had sex or anything..so what could it mean if i have this pain rite about my "private part" on the left side. and i have been peeing a lot more at nite lately than i usually do. the pain isn't CONSTANT. it comes and goes, it feels kinda like a muscle pain, like it's not a very sharp pain, and it doesn't hurt that bad.. but i'm scared. if you can help me out, but need any more information, please let me know. i don't wanna have to tell anyone about this if i don't have to!

it might be a kidney infection
go to a doctor and talk to him/her about the pain
and see what is going on
kidney infections are serious, so better to find out now instead of later

Well, it could be a couple of things, or even nothing. If it IS something, I'm thinking these are the possiblities:
-You could just be constipated
-You could have a cyst that ruptured (though I doubt it)
-You could just be holding in your pee too long nad having bladder spasms
-You could be getting a UTI or Yeast infection or something..but your pee isn't burning so I doub't that too.
-It could just be pre-cramps

It doesn't sound like it's anything too serious, but just maybe go to the doctor so they can check it out. :)

You really should tell your mom about it and have her take you to a doctor for a checkup.

It may be nothing at all but, better to now that for sure. :)
