Well I'm sorry.. but that's sad. Giving up something you truley love.. just because you want people to like you? You should never do that. People need to seriously grow up. They need to accept people for who they are. People make such a big freakin deal out of what people wear.. it doesn't even matter who the person is. The person could be the nicest person in the whole world and does no wrong but then if they're wearing a certain style that doesn't matter to people, because if you wear THIS style your THIS way and if you wear THIS style your THAT way. Psh.. all that matters is what they wear. You should tell people that it doesn't matter what you wear and if they were your friends they'd accept you no matter what. Rgh I hate people like that. People do seriously need to grow up. You should never give up on what you love though. In the future, you probably won't even be friends with half of the people anymore so who cares about what they think? You shouldn't. I hope I helped.

Love,
MELii

Don't let ppl change you. If you wanna skate, skate. If you wanna wear band shirts, wear them. Tell the people who are freaking out to get a life, because stuff like this has nothing to do with them, and everything to do with you.

Wow, people are SO immature. The reason they're making fun of you (and maybe calling you a poser?) is because right now "punk/skater" is the thing to be. They THINK that you are just another prep who has never touched a skateboard in their life but wants to look "punk". The only thing that should matter to you is that you are not faking and that you really do love to skate. Everyone else doesn't matter. Ultimately, the only person the way you dress and what you do effects WILL BE YOU. It's really none of their business and I dont't know why they care! Hope I helped and don't ever change for someone! They should like you the way you are or DEAL WITH IT! :)

If people dont like you for you they arent worth it!--LIVE BY THAT MOTTO!! People like you for YOU! Don't give up skateboarding if you don't want to! Do what feels rite NOT what gets the approval of people! Its better to be yourself and a LOser than to be popular and not urself! Remember that! HOPE I could help

do what makes you happy. screw what other people think. people's tastes change like the wind. tell them that you are doing what you enjoy and that if they were really your friend they would accept that and accept you as who you are, not what you wear/do.
