Hey guys..well i have a question..obviously. Im obsessed with the band Good Charlotte, and have been for about 4 or 5 years..but people always tell me stuff. Im tired of them thinking my music sucks more then theirs because its not "poser" music. I feel like i got more balls then THEY DO cause its harder to admit you like music that will get people to tell you crap the it is to be the crap talker. What should i do? (link)

dude it doesn't matter what they think. just tell them hey i like this band so w/e maybe i dont like your music. or just ignore it. dont change yourself for anyone else. personally i dont really like good charlotte but im not gonna label you as a poser for liking them. it isn't poser music. it's punk music. anyone who labels youu as a poser or tells you that you are listenin to poser music is just insecure of themselves and they have nothing better to do so they're taking out all their insecurity on you. and just because they dont like your music, doesnt make you a bad person. keep with what you like.

hey everyone! wow ok i used to skateboard about to years ago and then i kind of quit and started to dress...uhmm how what should i consider it...prep? ok well im getting back into it and im starten to wear my old clothes. zero shirts HIM shirts element baker etc. (u get the idea). well everyone is making such a big deal about it and they wont leave me alone and they keep making fun of me. im starting to think about giving up my one true love...skateboarding or changing my look just to get the approval of the people. but i dont want to. what should i do? please help! much love (link)

forget what they say. it's fine...just be like i choose what i want to wear and so bug off. or just ignore it and if you ignore it for long enough they'll realize and finally top. kids can be cruel....just welcome to teen years i guess? yeah i went thru all that early, like 6th grade. im over it and you will be too.
