If they are going out then he can hug her and old her hand alot to build up. For the first kiss it shouldn't be on the cheek. It's more romantic on the lips. The guy can ask to kiss her too which is one of the cutest things he can do.
If they aren't going out make sure she likes him. If she doesn't she's gonna get the creeps if he tries to kiss her. He should ask her out first..

Curry09 answered Friday November 18 2005, 11:03 pm: When i was going out with this guy Dj the first time he actually kissed me was at night and we were on this hill and you can see the whole town and all the street lights were on it was pretty nice, he told me that i was really pretty and told me how he felt about me and i just smiled at him and he said very sweetly Can i kiss you?...You can try something like that, i thought it was really sweet because he actually asked to kiss me but in a sweet way.

Just those random moments when he least expects it. You can be that way w/ whoever you date. ways to let her know you want to kiss her is to catch her eye at a moment, and then kiss her.
