Usually around 6 a.m. I have a big glass of 2% milk along with a tablespoon each of sugar and instant coffee. My lunch is a full meal around 12.15 p.m.
Does the glass of milk constitute breakfast or is it recommended to eat something else between the milk and lunch to kickstart my metabolism?
xxoBriannax answered Wednesday November 16 2005, 4:34 pm: You should eat breakfast every morning (preferably cereal). Milk constitutes pretty much nothing to your breakfast. It's highly recommmended that everyone should eat a big breakfast, it's the most important meal of the day. [ xxoBriannax's advice column | Ask xxoBriannax A Question ]

If you're not hungry, have a small piece of fruit, or a slice of toast with that glass of milk. If you can have eggs, a bowl of cereal, fruit, anything that's great! But even if you're not hungry, you need to eat just a little bit for breakfast. [ fragileivory's advice column | Ask fragileivory A Question ]
