Firstly, I think that having a dumb classmate is cool. coz u would be able to disturb him and he wouldn't even know it. Therefore, he would be a good alternative for a stress ball or a punching bag.
U should be able to accept him as he is and let him present all the nonsense he wants to. Coz u can't expect him to shut up if he's that a hell of a retard. :)
Lastly, a person would not be dumb with relation to his name. If that is the case, wouldn't George Clooney be a looney?? i hope i was of help!
