seeing the doctor about it is always a good idea but its more than likely just a normal pimple like you have on your face.

your genitals and other parts of your body have what are called sebaceous gland. they secrete a substance called sebum that generally speaking causes your body not to dry out. sometime they get clogged with dead skin and the like, thus the pimple.

That could be an STD. It could be anything from herpes, HPV, syphilis, gonherrea, or chlymida. Or it could just be an allergic reaction to something he's beeing wearing. A new laundry detergent or silk boxers or something. He needs to go get tested ASAP. If STDs are left untreated they can cause permanant damage and even death. He also could be spreading it to others which is a big no no.

Tell your friend to go to the doctor. We had sex ed last week in school and the number one advice was to go to the doctor AS SOON as you see anything abnormal.

Hi There!

You should tell your friend to go to the doctor immeadiantly. It COULD be warts because you can have the virus and not be able to tell.
