ok this is kinda weird and i didnt kno it could happen...my friend told me he got little bumps on his penis, like pimples and he said he could pop them. there is kinda a lot but only some he can pop....it isnt herpes or warts bc u can only see them when he gets an erection....he is sexually active and is concered so he asked me....i told him i would find out but i have no idea...can someone help please!!!

Or it could just be an allergic reaction to something he's beeing wearing. A new laundry detergent or silk boxers or something. He needs to go get tested ASAP. If STDs are left untreated they can cause permanant damage and even death. He also could be spreading it to others which is a big no no.
