Even if you don't want to do any taxing workouts you should try to make a point of walking somewhere and back every day - it may not show much at first but it does make a difference. If you walk to a gym, do some exercises, then walk back it would help you warm up and warm down. But don't try to make yourself thin in one day - getting into a routine will be much better in the long run and if you keep it up when you reach your target then it will keep you healthy and fit. You should also eat healthily too - having a healthy breakfast is one of the best ways to begin the day and the effects last for a while.
Good luck!

Hi Balaji,

Your goal shouldn't be to get skinny...it should be to get healthy. Try some cardio...running, or cycling. It's tough work starting out, but you'll feel better in the end. You can get your girlfriend to join you in your workouts as well. Choose more carefully the foods that you eat. Ask your girlfriend for suggestions, and ask her to join you in those suggestions (be it a change in diet, exercise, etc).
