They offer vitamins which promise to do this, however they are not recommend to children. How old are you anyways, Hun?? If you are a younger teenager, I don't suggest you bother worrying about this. Chances are you still have many years left to develop, and you're breasts don't stop growing until you're around 19 or so. This honestly isn't a big deal; you probably have PLENTY of time. There are no products that work either.
The only way other than mother nature is cosmetic surgery. No good doctor will do surgery unless you are at least 18.
