AskAndy answered Sunday October 23 2005, 12:34 am: basically it means to not hold back or sugarcoat anything you say and not think twice about it. an example of that. A 13 year old is pregnant and doesnt no wat to do. the responce she gets is that she should have never had sex and shes too young and that she should have used protection and that she should tell her parents and that she should keep the baby. outspoken people are also very opinionated and will say their opinion is always right. Vendetta answered Sunday October 23 2005, 12:26 am: It means to be blunt or frank, you tell people exactly what you think. An example of this is if your friend is wearing something that you really hate and she asks you what you think of it and you say you hate it. This is not an extreme example of being outspoken, though, but I'm sure you get the drift of it now. [ Vendetta's advice column | Ask Vendetta A Question ]
