i need a flatter stomach by Friday. any suggestions on how to help? thanks i will rate high

Sorry not possible. But if you're up for setting a more realistic goal, I can definitly help. Drink lots and lots of water, excersise, eat healthy and fresh foods. Do excersises like situps/crunches, RUN (running helps tighten your stomach and legs), or do things like Tae Bo and kickboxing. Good luck. ]
drinking water and no pop and eating no chocolate. exercising twice a day will help. You should eat only 3 times a day. Do not snack in etween meals. It may flatten your stomach a little in a week but it will gradually get flatter the more you do this. Exercising like walking or going to a weight lifting place. or doing crunches. ]
There's no way you could possibly flatten your stomach by Friday, sorry. ♥ ]
Friday's a highly unrealistic goal, but try basic exercises like crunches, sit ups, etc.
Or just suck in, wear flattering clothes with solid colors, and try to look as gorgeous as you can :) ]
Buy a girdle?
