soldier in India?

Question Posted Monday October 17 2005, 3:16 pm

Ughh, I cannot find the answer to this anywhere! Okay, so what is/was a soldier in India called? I've looked all in my World History book and searched Google.. it's like no where to be found lol. So if anyone knows, that'd be great. Thanks!!

Although, it would seem hard to find the answer online, I did manage to find other ways to at least help you out.

Here is the link but let me tell you they are terms not only in Indian but other languages as well.

I hope this will do!
