Hey Hun. Its either as you said..a cut or it could be a cold sore..What you do is go buy some cold sore medicine or lip oinment.
My brother gets them alot!!! It really helps!!

Keep prodding at it every 2 minutes with your tounge. It should slowly go away. ]
Just thought I would add, since I didn't see it already:
Gargling with Hydrogen peroxide will make this kind of thing heal faster.
Any kind of cold sore or canker sore has responded well to this as far as me or my family have found.

Its normal. Nothing you can do to make the cut disappear. It will go away in a few days. The white is just how the cuts look when they are healing in your mouth. They are often referred to as ulcers or canker sores. Everyone tends to get them. Its no big. They heal up and go away within a matter of days. Nothing to be worried about. ]
that happened to me before. the white stuff means that it's healing. you can help it not get infected by using mouthwash and keeping your mouth clean until it goes away. hope i helped! ]
Just give it a few days. The white thing is most likely cut dead skin. I busted my lip a few days ago and where my teeth cut my lip, the skin turned white as well. ]
try putting something on it like neosport(not sure if you can use it there) or something ment for cuts in the mouth. just try not to play with it or eat spicy foods that will burn it ]
That is probably just a canker sore aka ulcer. Every body gets them once in a while and they usually take anywhere from 3-7 days to heal, depending on the size. It is just caused from a pH imbalance in your mouth, nothing serious. Just continue putting things like Listerine or Oragel on it with a q-tip and it should heal up soon. ]
