The white is just how the cuts look when they are healing in your mouth. They are often referred to as ulcers or canker sores. Everyone tends to get them. Its no big. They heal up and go away within a matter of days. Nothing to be worried about. [ mysticpixie05's advice column | Ask mysticpixie05 A Question ]

KatLynn answered Sunday October 16 2005, 1:10 pm: Just give it a few days. The white thing is most likely cut dead skin. I busted my lip a few days ago and where my teeth cut my lip, the skin turned white as well. [ KatLynn's advice column | Ask KatLynn A Question ]
DancinCutie08 answered Sunday October 16 2005, 1:09 pm: try putting something on it like neosport(not sure if you can use it there) or something ment for cuts in the mouth. just try not to play with it or eat spicy foods that will burn it [ DancinCutie08's advice column | Ask DancinCutie08 A Question ]
OnlyTheRightAnswers answered Sunday October 16 2005, 12:59 pm: That is probably just a canker sore aka ulcer. Every body gets them once in a while and they usually take anywhere from 3-7 days to heal, depending on the size. It is just caused from a pH imbalance in your mouth, nothing serious. Just continue putting things like Listerine or Oragel on it with a q-tip and it should heal up soon. [ OnlyTheRightAnswers's advice column | Ask OnlyTheRightAnswers A Question ]
