Lots of parents smoke pot. Fuck, my parents buy it from my brother! (Now you should feel better) When were you born? How old are your parents? If they are the same age or younger than mine they grew up in the 60's or 70's or 80's. Lots of people did drugs when they were young then. Now, what you could do, is turn the tables! You should sit him down and tell him how disappointed you are in him and how you expected more. You should say that as long as he lives under YOUR roof there will be no drug use in the house, and then blame his friends. (only if your dad has a sense of humor, you could wait until he was high, he would just laugh at you.)
