ok i am 5'4" and i weigh 106.5 lbs. am i overweight? is it irrational to think that i am fat???people tell me i worry too much i dont c y though.please help!

These days it's hard to say becuase all celbrities are either aneroxic or belimic or something like that. And i feel exactl how you feel. This is what your BMI is. And, in order to fall under the normal range, you need to be 18.6-24.9. So, if anything you are skinny as all hell and that's NOT healthy.
And you feeling guilty after you eat is because you are convinced you are fat. STOP FREAKING THINKING YOU'RE FAT!!
I want you right now to go to the closest convienent store, buy all the candy, food, drinks you can find and eat it all. Then, you'll gain about 10 pounds and be at a normal weight.
Stop feeling guilty, there is NOTHING wrong with food. Food= Good. Food = you being ALIVE Food= YUMMY Food = EAT MORE OF IT!
