It is 2 weeks until this big event, I need my tummy harden and my chest a little flatter, can anything or anyone help me?

try working out more often... welll alot by like doing crunchers and sit ups. also try cutting down on food... dont starve yourself but justb try eating less like before a meal drink a glass of water or eat soup with it itll get you fuller easier and longer. hope i helped buh bye!

If you start now, and eat about only 1500 calories a day and lift some free weights you can start to lose weight and see definition. I am assuming your male as well, since you want your chest flat. However, be careful not to crash diet. This is horrible for your body and depending on how old you are, it could do serious harm to a body that is still maturing. It does massive harm anyway, but that is not the point. Oh, wait...yeah it is. Also try running or jogging that is very good for burning calories and losing excess weight. Please, if you are hungry eat. Don't starve yourself.

um i dunno really know becuase i'm asking the same question but stupid people won't answer but i think maybe try crunchers running eating healty....try a google searh for like flat stomach workouts or something along those lines. hope i helped
