I am assuming your male as well, since you want your chest flat. However, be careful not to crash diet. This is horrible for your body and depending on how old you are, it could do serious harm to a body that is still maturing. It does massive harm anyway, but that is not the point. Oh, wait...yeah it is. Also try running or jogging that is very good for burning calories and losing excess weight. Please, if you are hungry eat. Don't starve yourself.
