depressed this may seem weird. but i thik that i am semi depressed. i went on a website to learn more about depression and saw the symtoms and i had alot of them. lately i have been feeling really lonely and left out with friends also ive been experiancing guy issues so that may be it. but i dont nkow what to do

hey hun. right now im on medication for depression & my issues are pretty similar to yours...if you meet most the symptons, i highly recommend you talk to someone, even if it's your parents which might be alittle embarassing...but they can set up an apt. for you to see a specialist and get you on something if you are. Depression can lead to some pretty bad things...trust me, i know. you'd rather be safe than sorry. Hope that helped. ]
you can tell your parents, and go to the doctor. you can go to the school pyschologist or counselor, or you could keep a xanga or myspace or an online, or offline journal. it really helps me. if you need someone to talk to, you can im me any time i'm on (my sn is on my column)

just because you have symptoms of depression doesn't mean you actually have it, trust me. you could just be going through a hard time in life, i think we all do!
you didn't give much info away like which symptoms or your age and gender. but if you're a teenager then it's probably more than normal. everyone goes through hard times and teenagers can sometimes be more prone to feel crappy.
i've had training in counselling and have had my fair share of depression/suicide stuff so if theres anything i can do just give me a shout, k?

You can be depressed and snap out of it. Right now you're having a perfectly normal reaction to a bad experience.

Dont worry things are going to be fine. It's good that you tried doing some research about being depressed. You should just relax and dont worry about things because then you get stressed which causes you to be depressed. Try talking to someone about how you feel dont keep everything inside. Let your parents know how you feel or go to school and find a counsulor to talk to. Let your friends know how you feel maybe they can help you. Hope this help!

well yeah, you may feel depressed& you can go to a doctor for them to prescribe you with medicine if that's how you have been feeling often.
you can also go to a therapist or physicatrist.
