it's ok dieting but you can't go overboard with it. doing it the healthy way is definately the path you should follow.

-sleep 9-10 hrs a day. idk exactly why, but it really helps.
-eat all 3 meals & juss eat how much you need to. so if you aren't hungry, don't eat anymore until you're hungry again.
-eat a good sized breakfast. you should eat it, because if you don't, your body goes into starvation mode & you can actually gain weight er not lose any weight, because you won't burn calories then.
-eat every 3 hrs to help your metabolism. this is tricky though, because they have to be healthy like fruits, veggies, crackers etc.
-exercise is good

-hope that helped!♥

Okay,

Try and motivate yourself. If you've ever been happy at a size/in a bikini, and you have a picture, put it somewhere where you KNOW you will look. To me, I think that will be motivation enough for you to stop what you are doing, and think.
(just remember, you are perfect the way you are) But you did ask for advice, and I plan on giving you a little.

Take care hon,
Good Luck, and God Bless.
