Ive liked this kid rob for about 3 years, and hes liked me before, but weve never went out. we are always flirting, and the reason he said he never went out with me was cuz i didnt talk enough, but now i do talk to him. Now, he has a girlfriend,when shes around he dosent talk to me but pays attention to her ( like he shuld) but as soon as she leaves hes flirting with me again. Idk what to do. Theres this party coming up soon and his g/f wont be there but he will and i will..i really like him..But i dont want to feel like im breaking them up. What if we end up making out or something? What can i do?

Kinda a tough situation
Hear my answer out. He sounds like he really doesn't know which girl he wants. It just sounds to me like if he is gonna flirt with you like he does and still pay that much attention to his gf he doesn't know exactly which girl he wants. Just wait and see what happens at the party. If something happens, let it happen. But let him start it if something happens, because then looking back, you can say he started it. Who knows what could happen, but see what time brings to you and what he does and go from there.

Just don't make out with him. It's not hard to not do it. Just wait it out. If Rob likes you more, then he'll break up with her and go to you. If not, then that's just how it is. Don't try and break them up, don't allow him to cheat on her. Be a good person and all will end up good for you in the end.
