I need to lose stomach fat FAST. What is the fastest way I can do it (with the exercises listed and how often I should do it). This is desperate! Thank you.

do crunches... like 50 a day and you should run around your block like once a day for excersise

Biking, walking with your friends and laughin.. laughin is the BEST way to lose fat!! But another good way is doing some situps at least once a night and maybe going for a short walk. If you have a dog or a animal you can walk think about taking them for a walk.. and remember, talk to the animal while your walking, it helpz!

along with crunchs talk a jog i read in a magazine taking town 10 minute jogs work out jsut as well as one 20 minute.and also walk alot of places. and your going to be hungry after all of this but don't fill your self up take normal servings as if you weren't excerising .

crunches start with like 20 and try to double the ammount every day and dancing! but for dancing make sure you stretch first cause it kinda hurts to pull muscles. You should at least do it 3 days a week and if you feel to strained out by it take a day of rest! Don't over do it or your just going to hurt yourself.
