Yep. I got mine from the hair salon at JCPenney. The brand is Global Beauty and I think it's called a ceramic chi straightener or something like that. I love it, it makes my hair so soft and straight and it lasts all day. I think it was about $120.

I have a 2" red velvet back chi straightener (about $250) and a 1" chi ($185). if you are willing to spend the money, both are excellent. With the 1" you are able to do more things such as flip your ends or whatever, but with the 2" you are very limited to straightening and it works a lot faster. I have had both for about a year and a half and they both work perfectly. I bought both of them at Ulta.

By far, the -best- one is Sedu Ionic Ceramic Professional Flat Iron (see the before and after pictures for yourself: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)) but it costs a lot of money. If you are looking for something a little (or a lot) cheaper, I'd recommend Hot Tools Professional Flat Iron.

I hear ulta has some good straighteners, though someone who works there probably knows the brands better than any of us. Good luck!
