Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? ohs0osweetxo answered Tuesday October 4 2005, 9:23 pm: ok first off.. weighing 122 pounds is really good for your age.. unless of course your only like 4 foot or something, then you'd have a problem. hehe but if you REALLY want to lose that extra weight, try dieting RIGHT, none of those no-eating diets, they do nothing for you!! but just eat healthy and that should work. also excersize DAILY if not everyother day. this includes: running, swimming, bike riding, rollerblading, skateboarding pretty much ANYTHING active, just get out there and do it!! and if you dont already play a sport.. why not try signing up for a school sport, you can meet new people and get in shape! unless its too late for that.. (tryouts i mean) but anyways, just stay active and eat healthy and you shud get down to the weight you wana be in no time!
