ok....heres the deal. I started my period about hmmm....the beginning of the summer! ok im 13 just to let you no. welli use pads and i hate them so much!! i want to start useing tampons but i dont no if i should because i have only had my periiod for about 4 or 5 months! im goin 2 start soon and its my first time in school! what should i do! what is the age to start usig tampons and should i use them now??????? i want to wear skirts and things and not worry about my pad! please write bak asap! thnx yall

There is no specific time to use one, just when u are ready. Tampons can be way easier than pads because you don't have to worry about changing them. So you can go a whole day with out worrying about a leak. But... whenever you are ready. BuIn my opinion, and others agree, tampons are better... in the long run.
