over a few years, i have gained pounds and my friends have told me that it is because metabolism has slowed down. is there any way to speed it up again?
vilelove answered Sunday October 2 2005, 5:13 am: excercixe regularly (even if you do pig out every so often ure metabolism will still be fast so you wont gain weight... unless you do it 2 much) and eat a little through out the whole day (not actual meals but like fat free yougart in the morning and two hours later a banana and three to four hours later a salad and later a can of corn and that kind of stuff)

xomegaroni answered Saturday October 1 2005, 9:15 pm: i'm not really sure about that, but i heard that if you eat every 3 hours it helps your metabolism. i don't mean like all sweets, but like fruits, veggies, crackers, etc. also drinking water a lot might help it too, juss not too much water. here's a website-
