I never really understood why it was so important to have one person fingered out as your best friend. Either way, if you have to question wheater she is your best friend or not, the answer is no. Make new friends.

When you are best friends with someone, you just know it alreday in your heart. I know that sounds cheesy but it is SO the truth. No words need to be said, because if you really are bff's then you should know it in your heart.

ask her, just say hey so and so do you concider me you know a "best friend" of yours? and she will tell you. If she says yes, then thats a good sign you got the answer you were looking for.If she says no, try to get to know her more.Even thogugh if she says no that would be really rude of her.Try to look for other friends to hang out with. You jsut don't worry about it. She's a friend none the less, it shouldn't matter whether she likes you best comared to everyone. You still will hand out the same and such.
Just don't worry about that. Worry about your friendships in general.
