try talking to him..you might realize that he doesn't like you the same way, but if he does, than go for it! try making an impression on him so he will have to think of you later on...for instance, make him nervous or make him laugh....that will leave a memory of you in him mind...good luck!

if he doesnt like you then he basically isnt interasitted. maybe he doesnt know you enough to like you. try talking to him and being friends and then find otu if he is your type. i mean if you dont know someone all you can do is judge them by what they look like and what they where. so my advice is talk to him and maybe even FLIRT with him. hope this helps.
