OMG IM SO ANNOYED! HELP ME!
omg please read this im going insane!
ok so i was messing around with my computer and the tool bar on the bottom of the screen just magically went to the right side of the screen! i hate it over there and i want to move it to the bottom! please tell me how to move the tool bar from the right of the screen back to the bottom! i rate 5s for anything that works!

is it a mac cuz if it is wat you do is go to system preferences which should be in your dock click on it then select dock and it should say right just go to bottom

First right click on the toolbar where there are no icons and make sure the taskbar is unlocked, then click and drag it to the bottom from a spot with no icons. Then right click and lock the taskbar so it doesn't happen again.

OK, I'm chiming in because I did this one time and the dragging it around crap didn't work for me. I just ended up with the thing on the side and taking up half the screen!
I think I finally shut the thing off and restarted it. Hope that works for you too :)

click somewhere there are no icons and hold. drag the mouse back down to the bottom and release. if that doesn't work right click the bar and uncheck lock the toolbar (or something similar) and then drag after you have it where you want it check lock toolbar and it wont move again
