have you ever done it (sex) if you have the flow is going to be bigger and faster ]
how old are you?but you should change it every 4 hours, and im sry but i dont know what that means ]
Well it depends on what tampon you bought. Is it a regular tampon? That's probably why it says moderate flow. But since you just got it, you might want to stick with wearing a maxi tampon and change it every 3 hours or less. And you get your period 24 hours a day for 3-12 days. But as the days pass, your period not be as heavy each day. ]
when you get your period you have it all day....it usually lasts from anywhere from 3-5-7 days. using tampons is fine... i agree....pads do feel like diapers!! just be careful that you dont use tampons for discharge or when you dont have your period. ]
umm i think if you just started then you should use pads just for a couple months. but what they mean by moderate is when you are flowing heaver. and you will have your period all day for about a week its not how many times a day. i hope i helped!! <3 stacey ]
it says only use when flow is moderate because the tampon size might be to big. during your heavy flow, usually beginning of the period, use the super absorbency tampons, on the lighter days near the end use a light absorbency tampon. ask your mom she will know what you mean. you get your period for about 5-7 days at a time every 27 days.

They say you should only weird it when you flow is moderate or more (you're bleeding a lot) because if the tampon is too big and has too much absorbancy that isn't being used, chemicals get released and you're at risk for Toxic Shock Syndrome, which happens when you wear a tampon for too long, or don't use the right absorbancy.
I think you're a little confused about having a period, you have it for 3-7 days at a time, you don't get it a number of times during a day. If you find that your periods are shorter/longer than the time I outlined, don't worry, since you're just starting you're probably pretty irregular.
Hope I helped! ]
To simplify everything, your period flows all day for usually a week. The begining is light and the middle is heavy. The end tapers off too.So basically what they mean is when your period is kinda light use the tampons. Otherwise you should use diapers-i mean pads :)
hope i helped!!! ]
Uhm, you're period lasts all day. Even when you're alseep. It's not fair, but oh well. And what it means by moderate is that sometimes you will have a LOT of blood coming out and you will be in pain--that's heavy. Other times there will be no pain and you will barely notice the blood--that's light. Moderate is in between. Though some people do not change, they might always have heavy periods. I started out heavy and then got ridiculousy light, I barely notice that I have it anymore. Different tampons are made for different types of periods. If you are using a moderate tampon for a light period, it can be harmful to you. Also, you must change the tampon every six hours or so because if you don't you can get TOXIC SHOCK SYNDROME. There is a cure for that, but even so--you don't want it! ]
okay first off you get your period once a month .. and it lasts for about a week. people vary. it all depends on your size. moderaate flows means that it are not to heavy and not to light. but when you have your peiod you have it all day. ]
