Scars

Question Posted Monday September 26 2005, 6:54 pm

I went mountain climbing awhile ago and it wasn't a pleasant experience. To the point: I have these really ugly scars on my leg now...how do I get rid of them? x_x

If they aren't to bad, they will probably fade over time. I'm not sure how long it will take them to fade though. :)

Personally, I would recomment vitamin E gel pills, and breaking them and rubbing them over the surface scars. For future reference I'd invest in some neosporin, because it is actually effective. Just apply it shortly after you get the cut.

Dont worry! there are medications that can help...and if you live in an area that gets cold during the winter time you can wear pants over the medication so by spring time the scar(s)will be better. (the medication is called mederma)
