Is wearing a skirt while you have a period okay? Also, do I necessarily have to wear a tampon or could I wear a pad (bc I hate tampons). Its a white skirt. Or should I just wait till my periods gone ( 4 more days probably ) Thanks for advice!
amach24 answered Monday September 26 2005, 11:12 am: It is absolutely ok as long as you are aware of when you need to change your pad. Since you prefer not to use tampons try using a thin maxi that absorbs heavy flow and make sure it has wings to wrap around your underpants so you don't leak on the sides. Just make sure you have supplies and change your pad often. [ amach24's advice column | Ask amach24 A Question ]

3HOLLYWOODxGLAM3 answered Monday September 26 2005, 12:18 am: sure you can do that. just be extra careful.. check every so often so you dont leak through. i reccomend tampons but if you want to wear a pad thats up to you. but truthfully.. having a period and wearing white is a recipe for a disaster so either wait or be careful! good luck = D [ 3HOLLYWOODxGLAM3's advice column | Ask 3HOLLYWOODxGLAM3 A Question ]
