i put ny clothes in the wash and i did not notice i put my white top in and my jeans have died it how can i get it back white with out bleaching it? please help
Silly_Love_Song answered Saturday September 24 2005, 3:04 pm: You can't, really. See, what happened was that the blue dye from your jeans has bled into the white fabric. You can try to bleach it, but that may turn the shirt yellow-ish if you use too much. If it wasn't expensive, I say you should go buy another one. Sorry!

tasuki answered Saturday September 24 2005, 11:50 am: Maybe you could try pouring some laundry soap on it and leaving it out for a few hours, then washing it by itself. However, that works for food stains...I'm not sure if it would work in this case. But it won't hurt to try. If it doesn't work and you don't want to bleach it...well...the shirt is not ruined!! If you're crafty, you can make a completely new style out of it! [ tasuki's advice column | Ask tasuki A Question ]
