Stressed out!!! I feel so stressed out, but I don't know why. School isn't any harded than usual, and my family/friends/ love life is fine. I don't physically feel different than any other day, yet for some reason i constantly feel like crying about....everything. i dont know know why, but im so over emotional. nothing has happened to make things different, but im so stressed i feel like i cant take anything anymore. And advice? I rate 5's.

you should try to go to a doctor about it.. you could be bipolar which means that you have very bad moodswings for no reason at all.. i would see a doctor about it and then see what they say.. hope i helped..

That happens to me sometimes. You sound as if you are depressed. Tell you mom about it. Sometimes people get depressed over nothing at all, it has something to do with chemicals in your brain. ]

Here is the major thing to remember about stress, it adds up. This means you don't HAVE to Have any major stressors in your life to get overwhelmed. This is called build up. It means that everyday stressors have used up your energy and you feel down and stressed and emotional. Yes hormonal changes can also contribute, but that doesn't have to be a factor. Look on the net for some kind of relaxation excersises and try to find a few minutes to yourself each day to just take a deep breath. This should help. If the stress continues and the execises do not help, find a councilor to talk to. Sometimes just venting evryday annoyances can help tremendously. Luck! ]
First of all, I think you might be emo (emotional) by any chance is your period due in a couple if days?? (If you're a guy, sorry.) It might be PMS as in mood swings. So yeah, i've had that a couple of times and it was PMS. But just try doing things that will keep you from thinking about crying. Go to the mall with your friends, go watch a movie. THeres so much things to do out there!! ]
Most likely youre just going through natural hormonal changes. Only 13 percent of women get PMS, so thats not it. Ignore the retard. ]
Maybe Your emotional because of your body and how it is acting. (if you know what i mean.) If it continues tell someone you trust and maybe they can direct you to help. Don't be worried. Its probably normal. Don't panic.

Okay. You are most likely PSMing. Have you gotten your period yet? Try Midol or another medicine to help you get through it, because it sucks!! Hope I helped!!

Mybe you should think about getting a couselor or preffesional help. Cause major stress can lead to felling bad all the time and deppression, Or maybe you can talk to someone you trust, but you should talk to someone either way. ]
