Being more girly?
Hey. First off im 14/f, Freshman.
My size..is not what one would say..average, im about 16 in pants..but i dress kinda "punk" you know where most of my wardrobe is black. Im not punk though, but i want to be more girly, right now my favorite color is pink and my hair, i straighten it and stuff, and i wear eyeliner, More then black though lol i wear colored eyeliner too..any tips on how to be more girly, without looking stupid.? Remember im overweight..

one thing you could do is maybe try a few different colors that you like and if you don't like dressing in them, then dont' feel pressured to. If being a little bit overweight is keeping your confidence down, then try to get in shape or eat a bit healthier to boost your confidence. boys definitly notice a girl when she has a lot of confidence. good luck!

hey, size 16 is NOT overweight, its plus sized btu you're not overweight. go into stores like torrid, they have the CUTEST clothes, sometimes i wish i was big enough to fit into those clothes. they have lots of pinks and girly colors. also, try not wearing eyeliner, even though you might be not wearing BLACK eyeliner, it still makes your eyes look darker liek your punk. shadow it with lighter colors, browns are really pretty if you have brown eyes, oranges for blue eyes, and if you have green or hazel eyes, try like silvers. also, accessorize!!! go to teh icing and buy some cheap necklaces and brecelets and earrings! you WONT look stupid. sometimes its risky to make a major style change, but not if you do it right. dont ease into it either. go out and buy a few new outfits and just go to school like that. people will react positively!!! accessories, they are the best way to play up any outfit and make it appear more femanine. like cute bracelets or earings. also a little glittery make up everyonce in a while will be cute. lipgloss is the way to go if your just starting out with make up its natural, but still feminin. it dosent matter what youre size is, its if you know you look good others will respond to it. im guessing you are maybe doing this for a hottie you have your eye on????? good luck.
