Ever since my friends birthday party she has been acting different aarounf me and not doing anything with me.. she like is being retarted!! idk what to do!! or say to her but i dont want to be her friend cuz its been going on for awhile!!

well the only thing you can do is talk to her like a real person! you dont just wanna give up and leave it alone then that shows that the friendship ment nothing! you shoild be the better person and go up to her and ask her wat her problem is! say something like, hey look we were really good friends and your starting to act all wierd i dont appreciate it. its immature and not fair.i dont know something like that! but hey maby theres somthing wrong with her or maby something happend to her and shes pushing you away! if you really care about her ask her! i know she hurt you by not talking to but be the morwe matture one swallow your pride and talk to her!

Whether you ask on the phone, E-mail, or to her face, ask her. Don't go to the extremes of not being her friend anymore until you get some sort of explaination or an answer. You've got to ask, just say, "Hey, I noticed that we havn't really done much together, whats going on?" And maybe she'll be feeling the same.
