Flirting is all about feeling confidant in yourself, you have to tease here and there, maybe a wink. I've never really heard of anyone having problems flirting, but that's all i can think of.

Flirting can be seen to some as anything as simply as talking to one of the opposite sex. But usually, it is being semi-suggestive in the way you talk. It's joking around by suggesting something. It also is in your tone of voice. The more suggestive tones make it more flirtitious.
