go into edit answers, find that question, erase the answer, & save it like that.

Well you can delete the question (by going to edit answer erasing the text and hitting OK or whatever it says). That will delete the answer and the feedback and the visible number; however, the effect will still be on your average rating. Sorry, there is nothing you can do to change that. I hope I helped!

To delete one you have to go to your feedback section. Than you click the one you want to delete. Than you go to answer question. Than erase everything you wrote. And than click submit answer. Hope I helped <33

In order to delete feedback, you have to return to the question with the rating you wish to delete, and backspace everything you wrote and click edit. It will automatically delete it.
