pregnancy My sister is pregnant and she can not keep anything down. This is her first time being pregnant!!! Do you know what she can eat, that wont make her throw up!!

I have been told that the trick to morning-sickness is to keep your stomach from becoming neither full or completely empty. This means eating small amounts of food throughout the day.
Cutting out spicy, greasy, or unpleasant smelling food would probably help as well.

Whenever im nauseous my parents always tell me to eat bread and butter because it's very bland. So, try things that don't have much to them, like crackers are good. ]
Saltine crackers are a good way to avoid nausea. Some people also say that tortilla chips with salt also work - eaten in small amounts.
Ginger helps with morning (or all day!) sickness, so have your sister go to a health food store. She can buy special ginger tea, or ginger tablets.
Her doctor may also be able to recommend other things that can help her out. ]
